Northgate Addition + full house remodel

This addition + full house remodel project is located in the Northgate area. While designed by Eric Denny Architecture, we still were able to add our flair in the details. As the clients enter retirement, accessibility was often considered. The basement features a guest suite fitted with a cellar. The second floor nearly doubled in size by extending into the backyard, allowing for a full primary suite and making the kitchen, dining, and living room significantly more comfortable.
