Michael
founder/partner
I have always been a designer and builder with an entrepreneurial spirit. From a young age, you could find me tinkering with whatever I could get my hands on. I’m always thinking of creative projects and ways to improve what is around me.
I have a formal education background in business and interior design. Naturally, I have found myself in design and general contracting.
If I'm not at our family cabin fishing or renovating, I can be found riding a Lime scooter at the Seattle waterfront with my partner. I'm excited by interior design/architecture, property development, and ways to give back to the community through the built environment.
Alexi
partner
I'm a passionate cyclist and creative enthusiast with a love for architecture, drawing and singing. When not cycling around Seattle's trails, I'm often drawing in my sketchbook. My goal is to create well crafted living spaces while making a positive impact for our clients.
OCTAVIO
CARPENTER
Octavio has been in the trades for decades. You won’t find someone with a better work ethic. He is a favorite among our subcontractors and is always eager to work. He is critical to our operations as he gets things to the finish line when we are in a time crunch.

Carpenter
Spencer has a background in manufacturing and carpentry. While you may find him working on carpentry-related tasks throughout a project, you will also find him working closely with Alexi on speciality projects such as creating custom terrazzo floors or ensuring your vintage door handles can be maintained.
Miguel
Carpenter
Miguel will be found on site throughout the entirety of the project. He is a critical part of ensuring all loose ends get buttoned up and keeping your project moving forward.
ELLERY
site surveyor
Ellery has been in our network for several years now. He is our expert site surveyor, who you will see on our jobsites throughout the project. He will be documenting site conditions and recording utilizing drone and lidar technology. This helps enable us to better manage construction and deliver a high degree of craftsmanship.
