Coffee Café Concept

All design choices were made with a modern European style in mind. I have selected furniture from high-end furniture manufacturers that would be custom built to meet the clients’ needs. The floorplan, finishes, selection of furniture, and every last detail will work together to create a fun and welcoming space. 

Throughout the design process I kept the purpose of the café in mind; to expose the community to classic modern European coffee. Specific areas of the café were designated to allow for a unique experience. The design features a six person conference room, and 25 person dining room with a designated area for local art, La Perla Coffee Café could be the next popular café and community meeting space.

Sun Study

This is a sun study from sunrise to sunset. The sun position is based on Seattle coordinates during July. Doing simulations like these can help visualize how sunlight will interact with a space at any given time.
