mt. baker basement remodel

For some projects, we only handle the “build” portion. This basement remodel was designed by our architect partner, Nick Robertson. We took the basement to studs and poured a new concrete slab help resolve awkward slopes and cracks that are common with old Seattle basements. This space features heated tile throughout, a curb-less shower, and custom cabinetry. Final photos coming soon!
