NORTH SEATTLE ADDITION

This addition is located in North Seattle. We remodeled all rooms on the main level of this house. Like many houses, the layout was a little dated and needed some upgrades to the finishes. We also pulled the foundation out about 5ft to maximize the lot coverage. A new patio is replacing an old dilapidated garage allowing the family to now have a hot tub and space to host summer parties. The home now has some mid-century modern as well as craftsman details. This project was designed by us and is actively being built by us. It showcases what our design and build capabilities are.
